Grounding- Gardening Your Life, a personal growth series, by Heidi Vermeer-Quist, Psy.D.  From a Christian perspective, God (our Master Gardener) provides us with the “gardening” analogy of healthy living throughout the pages of the Bible. Self Defense Class  

November 5th 2018


In today’s culture, things are not as safe as they used to be. So being wise & confident  in today’s world is important. 


Please join us for a 2-hour instructional class for women and teen girls ages 12 and older. The instructor, Ray Boyer, a Self-Protection Trainer will teach basic self-defense techniques including, having the correct attitude and posture, and breakaways & escapes. 


Cost is $10.00 per person.  


Monday, November 5th at 7:00-9:00 pm at the Grimes Community Center.
