Set up entrances with handouts and bags.

Door Greeters - Please arrive at 8:15 AM & you will be done at approximately 11 AM. We need friendly and happy people willing to welcome kids and families as they come into the building at the east and north entrances. You will be handing the kids a bag with handouts in it.

Food Collection - Please arrive at 8:15 AM and you should be done around 11 AM. You will be stationed at the east or north entrances to collect the food donations for the Grimes Storehouse and put them in the provided cart. You may also need to help with loading it for the food pantry to take it.

Coloring Room - Please arrive at 8:15 AM & you will be done at approximately 11 AM. Help direct children to the coloring table to color. Make sure they put their first and last name on their page.
